Meet Scott Stevens

Mr. Stevens is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Georgia, including the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the US District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the 11 th Circuit based in Atlanta. His additional admissions include admissions to practice in all State Courts in Tennessee, the Supreme Court of Tennessee, and to the US District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee, as well as to the US District Court for the District of Colorado.
Scott believes in sharing his vast knowledge and experience with other, less experienced lawyers seeking to learn the trade and gives back to the legal industry by serving as an instructor for Georgia Continuing Legal Education, and is active in the Georgia High School Mock Trial Competitions in the local judicial circuit.
