Covering a period of over three decades, the vast legal and corporate resume of Attorney Richard Howe reflects a term as National Accounts Director of a Fortune 500 Corporation and as Managing Partner of the Howe & Associates Law Firm. As a litigator, Mr. Howe has received numerous accolades of remarkable significance and is accepted as one of the top lawyers in the entire State of Georgia, by virtue of achieving an esteemed “AV PREEMINENT” rating by the most recognized and accepted legal guide in the country – The Martindale-Hubbell® Legal Directory. This prestigious recognition, which is awarded to only a select few attorneys nationally – and only lawyers with over ten years of litigation experience even being selected as candidates – is considered as “preeminent” and is in reality the highest rating attainable.
According to the publication, this evaluation “demonstrates that an attorney has achieved the height of legal excellence and is recognized for the highest levels of integrity and skill in the practice of law.” The second most established attorney evaluation guide nationwide, AVVO® has awarded Mr. Howe a perfect 10.0 rating. This assessment, which evaluates lawyers across the country through a comprehensive mathematical evaluation of their background, experience and professional achievements is the highest rating attainable and allows the lawyer to garner the title of “superb.”
Mr. Howe takes pride in focusing his legal career in representing those who have been injured so that they can be compensated for the damages that they sustained.
